Together, we’ll create a personalised care plan that will guide your dedicated care team in supporting you. We’ll also regularly review and update this plan to make sure it continues to adapt to any changes and provide you with the best possible care.
We’ll discuss your requirements and preferences so that our compassionate team can match you with the best possible carer. Not only that, with our Managed Live-In Care service, your Care Manager will continue to be your point of contact – supervising, managing and monitoring your carer. This service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England so you’ll have no doubt that the care you’re receiving is fully regulated.
